100 Days till #100Days100Blocks2018 Kicks Off

There’s exactly 100 days to go until we kick off #100Days100Blocks2018! Yep, 100 days to get your fabrics organised, work out a plan of attack for the version you’ll be making and peer pressure all your friends into joining you. This will be the third (and final) year we use Tula Pink’s City Sampler as the blocks for this event and we’re sending it off with a celebration of all things Tula. Next year we’ll be using a new set of 100 beginner friendly blocks to help you feed your creativity for 100 days.

This year my version of the City Sampler is sponsored by Free Spirit Fabrics and mine will be made using all Tula Pink fabrics. It’s the first time I’ve made an all Tula Pink fabric quilt and I’m really looking forward to the adventure. Just because I’m using all Tula Pink doesn’t mean you have to. Fabric choice is completely up to you and there’s no restrictions on what you can or can’t use. Over the years there’s been amazing quilts made from stash, recycled materials, one designer, one collection and even one colour. The possibilities are only limited to your imagination.

Over the coming 100 days I’ll be popping back in with some information about what you need to participate, possible colour palettes and fabric bundles you could use, how to store your project as you work, tips and tricks on accuracy, inspiration for your version of this quilt and of course some great deals on fabric to help you get organised. If you’d like to get this information straight to your inbox you can sign up to the #100Days100Blocks specific email newsletter. This newsletter will only contain information, deals and discount about this event. (There will even be a special prize for someone who subscribes to the newsletter before 7 July to help them get ready for the event!) Simply enter your details in the boxes below and you’ll be signed up!
