Can you hear the angels singing? Seriously, this Woodland Sampler had crushed my spirits with the saga that is the night sky with February. And then came March…
It’s so quick and simple and just wonderful that my faith in humanity is restored once again.
I left my March block just as the pattern had said to do it. I like the simplicity of it and I just really enjoyed how quickly it happened.
I have to admit that when I first saw the pattern I was a little underwhelmed (I think I expected another February!) but now that it’s done I totally love it. He’s cute and just the right amount of work after the mammoth task that was February. (Can you tell I really struggled with February?)
So now that March is done it’s on to April and then May and then June… who knows I might actually be caught up sooner than I thought I would be at this rate! Rock on!
Wonderful effort! I am still struggling with Feb. I had to unpick some of it and it was so tricky. Meanwhile I’m soldiering on with the quilt; the top is finally almost done and with a bit of luck the whole thing will be finished by the end of winter.
