Welcome to Fussy Cutters Club Podcast! I’m your host, Ange from GnomeAngel, and I’m so delighted to have you here (or hear, if you’re like me and love a good pun!). In this first episode of Fussy Cutters Club I’m going to talk with you about how I became a quilter and why I believe the time is right to celebrate all things fussy, fabric and fabulous. I do hope you’ll come on this journey with me as we talk to quilters, both old friends and new, the world over.

A GIFT FOR MY MUM
First Quilt
The first quilt top I ever finished, although I don’t refer to it as my fist finished quilt as there weren’t any quilt blocks in it.
POLAR OPPOSITE TO ME NOW
1st Patchwork Blocks
These are the first patchwork blocks I ever made. Not too shabby for someone who’d never sewed really. Same my patchwork teacher didn’t see it that way. BUT it goes to show, stick with something and you will get better if you want to work at it.

A GIFT FOR OUR SON
1st Patchwork Quilt
I called this quilt “Tuesdays with Wendy” because the class was on Tuesday nights and the teacher’s name was Wendy. I picked all the fabrics for this quilt and had such a ball making it.
