IN THE POT | SHALLOT PANCAKES

A couple of weeks ago my culinary world was rocked by the most amazing food ever; shallot pancakes! Ok, so that’s a big call and it’s not really accurate but at the time it felt like the clouds had parted and a ray of sun shone down and illuminated the plate.

I was able to get the recipe from Sadie and Lance and we’ve made it every couple of days since getting it.
