Link Love: A Wheel Has Come Off the Wagon
It’s a new month and normally that brings with it a new wave of motivation to get things done. But not this month. I’ve been blah for the past fortnight and I can’t seem to snap myself out of it. I think it’s because I’m in the middle of a number of big tasks and I’m hitting that task burn out/boredom. I know it’ll pass, but at the moment it’s kinda sucking the fun out of things.
Father’s Day was this past weekend and it got me to thinking about how lucky I am to have an amazing father who I call friend and a husband who’s an amazing father to the boy I love so much. We didn’t do anything extra special to mark the day. HUBBY got his hands on a Lego set he’s been eyeing off for years as his gift and so he spent the weekend assembling it. I spoke to my Dad for while on Sunday which was lovely and just made me even more homesick.
I hope you’ve had a lovely day. Ours has been filled with blue skies, cherry blossoms and the faint hint of warmer days ahead. Wishing you a week filled with love, laughter and much fabric fondling!
