2 QUESTIONS TO ASK BEFORE STARTING A BLOG
Stop, wait, have a think…
Before you rush off and start your blog there’s 2 questions you really should be asking yourself. The answers to these questions will help influence the important decisions you make later on and could save you some money, time and heartache. Blogging, like most things in life, works out better if you give yourself some space to think. You don’t have to start right now – in fact, you’ll make a better start if you do some planning first.

Great tips Angie. It is always important to ask why you want to start a blog. I had a friend come up to me and say she was going to start a blog so she could get hosted invites. I remember telling her if that was her reason she wasn’t going to succeed. She went ahead and opened a blog, wrote one post and gave up because she found it hard… I guess if you truly love something, and do it full heartedly, opportunity eventually follows. But to create a blog solely to gain something but not want to work for it, is never a good start.
Thanks Rose. I agree – it’s a lot of hard work (with little monetary reward) to be putting in on something you don’t truly love. But I think that’s like anything with life you’ll succeed where your passion and drive combine. I’m really excited to see where the next chapter of all this goes and I’m so happy that you’re on the journey too! 🙂

It’s funny how the evolution happens. I think most bloggers do it – start with one thing and end up somewhere else completely. Will be interesting to see where we’re at in another 5 years. 🙂
