We have a big tradition of reading in this house and it’s something I want to instill in the Little Man. We read to him often and I love finding him sitting in some part of the house reading to himself (the way a 1 year old does).
This is a great kids book, it’s filled with imagination and friendship. The illustrations are really wonderful and capture a sense of wonder and play. Our Little Man has a special relationship with our dog and I can easily imagine her just reappearing all the time to have adventures. (Much like she seems to magically appear whenever there’s food on the offering!)
The book has given me some fun ideas for adventures that we can have in the backyard as we pretend with George (the beagle). I love any excuse to build a sheet fort!
