Houston Local’s Recommendations

Heading to Houston as a family has been exciting and daunting. I want to make sure that everyone in the family gets to cross at least one or two things off their must do or try list. The two things we had to have on the list were donuts and pizza – the only request from our son.

With that in mind I asked my newsletter subscribers who live in the area or have travelled there for their recommendations on what we should do and where we should eat. I received so many enthusiastic suggestions from readers that I thought I would compile the list for you all to see.

When we return from our trip I’ll write a companion piece that tells you which ones we did and how they were, as well as share some photos of our adventures.
