Link Love: When the rains came…
Today my thoughts are with those that are in North Queensland dealing with the biggest rainfall on record and it’s impacts. The town I grew up in, and my family are still located in, is under water in places I’ve never even seen water go to. Lucky for me my love ones and their homes are safe, but there are other families who haven’t fared as well. My heart and prayers go out to them.
It seems somewhat frivolous to be talking about creative pursuits and returning to school when I know that there are others today dealing with devastation. So, I’m going to sign off early today and focus on spending the last day of the school holidays with one of the people I love the most on this planet. Wishing you a week filled with love, laughter and much fabric fondling!
