IN THE POT | JO’S YUM YUM BALLS

I thought I would share a festive recipe with you all today from the wonderful Jo (of Hey There Alice).ย ย I don’t enjoy alcohol any more and I avoid like the plague rum balls every festive season, but not this year!
Jo has shared with me the most delicious alternative to rum balls that she calls “yum yum balls”.
They are so quick and easy to make and are terribly moreish.
We’ve made up double the recipe and now we’re just snacking on yum yum balls all day. It’s festive and they live up to their name.
Happy festivus!
Jo’s Yum Yum Balls
2 cups crushed Marie Biscuits or Nice Biscuits
1 cup desicated coconut
1 tin condensed milk
1 tablespoons cocoa
1. Blend/crush biscuits till quite fine, mix in all other ingredients well.
2. Roll into balls, cover in coconut.
3. Refrigerate till set.

Geezus, woman, you know how to tempt me- and when i’ve bought 2 tins of condensed milk!
I am a temptress ๐ They’re so moreish. I actually used one packet of Marie biscuits and a packet of Nice biscuits. I’m thinking for the next batch of using a chocolate biscuit as well (like tiny teddies or chocolate ripples). ๐
