GnomeAngel Version Block 2: Northern Lights
Block 3 and I’m continuing to love these blocks and how this sampler is coming together. I decided with this block to have a play with the pattern versus background and I’m quietly happy with how it’s come out.
Technique Used: I’m making mine with the From Marti Michell Perfect Patchwork Templates. I love this method because it makes it so much easier for me to sew without engaging my brain AND I can fussy cut without having to math. (Yay!)
Fabrics: I’m using all Tula Pink in a colour wash to match the Slash layout (rainbow). For the ‘background’ on the blocks I’m using the Tula Pink Tent Stripe from Graywork.

This 12 block sampler with decorative border comes with all the instructions, including Foundation Paper Piece (FPP) templates, Accuquilt conversion information and paper templates, for making this with From Marti Michell Templates. Pattern includes instructions for making the quilt in two colourways: rainbow and set palette.
SEWALONG EXCLUSIVE
FPP Templates
Starting 11 April all pattern purchases will be sent the block Foundation Paper Pieced templates as part of the pattern. This means you can sewalong using either the templates or Foundation Paper Piecing.
