#100Days100Blocks2018: Blocks 51 – 60 and Winner Announcement

With this set of 10 blocks we finished out the triangle section and the last of the daily sponsors. I’ve so enjoyed seeing everyone’s blocks and I think that having sponsors for the “tricker” sections really helped keep people motivated and on track. We’re into the downhill slide now with only 35 blocks left to make. This is where people really start to see their hard work add up as we get closer to having a finished pile of blocks to turn into a quilt top.ย  If you have any questions about prizes, or the event in general,ย  please check out the Frequently Asked Questions by clicking here.

Every 5 days after a segment of blocks finishes I’ll be announcing the winners for that section on the blog. (Have you printed out the free event tracker so you know when the prizes will be announced? Click here to download.)ย I really wish I could give everyone a prize for participating. The entries are amazing and the quilts being made are each unique and a reflection of the person making them. Winners details are below and so is a round up of my next ten blocks for this years event.

Please note:ย Winners have 48 hours from 7:30am 9 September (AEST) to claim their prize. You must email me to claim your prize. You can either email through the site by clicking here or send me an email at hello[at]gnomeangel.com. Unclaimed prizes may be allocated to another winner at the discretion of the event host. Please do not contact the sponsor directly to claim your prize, doing so will void your winning. Please do not DM on Instagram to claim your prize as I may miss it and you will miss out. I will email all winners back within working hours (that’s 9:30am – 2:30pm Monday to Friday AEST (Sydney Time) – please give me up to 3 working days to respond.ย If you haven’t heard by then, please contact me again via DM on IG or email. Please don’t send me multiple messages across multiple platforms to claim your prize – you just slow the process down as I have to take time out to look at the messages to determine if it’s relevant or not. For more information about prize allocation please click here.
