What made you start Cat & Vee?
After meeting Catherine approx. 5 years ago when our daughters started school together we discovered out mutual obsession with fabric. She quickly became one of my closest and dearest friends. Our families are great friends too and we only live a street away from each other. It’s so much better having a friend you love to share the journey with and we are a prime example of ‘opposites attract’.
What gives you the most joy from being a part of Cat & Vee?
Allowing myself to be creative everyday and sharing the ideas with Cat.
Our lovely and gorgeous supporters who follow us on etsy, instagram and our blog and who share with us their kind words, ideas and feedback.
What are you most proud of from your creative experience?
I am so lucky to have been able to do what I love most whilst studying to become a graphic designer.
What’s the one piece of advice about being creative that all creative types should know?
Don’t do it with the intention to make lots of money, don’t worry about what everyone else is doing – do your own thing and be kind. (sorry, that’s 4!!)
